Automate SMB has introduced the mentions plugin for Vtiger to make collaboration even better.

 

To mention a user or group in your comment just start typing with ‘@’  and you would see a list of users and groups. Mentions work for all module which have comments enabled for them. The mentioned user or the members of the mentioned group will receive an email notification for the same.
