Mention Extension For Vtiger CRM
Automate SMB has implemented Mention Extension which helps significantly to achieve efficient team collaboration. With this extension when one User can mention another User or a Team in comments on a record in the Vtiger CRM. The Users/Group mentioned gets an Email and Web notification.
Lets look at this step by step-
You can tag a user in a comment on a Record by selecting the contact you want the action to be taken on.
Once you add the comment, an Email with the Comment contents and link to the Parent record are sent to Mentioned users/group.
Along with the Email, a Web notification also goes to the user so that the user is aware about the comment in no time.
One can check the Mention timeline which has list of all the tagged comments by clicking on Mention tab under Tools.
